More Pictures From the Marasco Home

Coloring with Daniel. Sometimes he calls it his 'math book'.
You'll notice he had been playing dress up with Hannah and Sarah : )

I think this picture is so cute!

Dan's birthday was on Tuesday.

Having fun with Mr. Butler, the music teacher .

The Marasco's have family devotions each evening.  There is singing
(sometimes that gets lively!) a memory verse, a short Bible lesson, and then
prayers for family and friends. Hannah enjoys getting to read little sections
of the Bible story.

The Marasco's have a beautiful view of the sunrise.

School time!

Reading to Sarah

Baby Joshua is such a good baby : )   He doesn't cry very much at all!

Baby Joshua

Aunt Julia and Joshua

Getting ready for his first bath at home!

Doesn't he look so cute peeping out of his blanket!

Here at the .... Marasco's!

Playing " Find the Baby and Mama" with Sarah

Working on school

The children enjoyed making 'sugar pies' with an extra pie crust.
They each had their own pie tin and enjoyed putting in the
pie crusts. Daniel's pie had his handprint in it when he was done : )

We also made pumpkin and apple pies.
The sun cast this shadow from the cross on the window next
to  the verse on the clock. Isn't it perfect?

Reading with MomMom before quiet time.

Playing the "Cookie Game". Daniel loved the rotten egg card, and was
happy to sit and play with just that card in front of him : )

Watching Daddy tilling the garden

The children have enjoyed playing in these cardboard boxes this week.

Baby Joshua

Getting to welcome Baby Joshua home!

Hannah is thrilled with her new brother!

Everyone had a turn to hold Joshua.

Joshua is so tiny and cute. He is a really content baby and doesn't cry very much.

At the Marasco's!

Daniel is so sweet : )

Aunt Susie sent out sweaters for the three Marasco cats, and Julia put them on when
we got to their house...

...I don't think the cats were too impressed.

Working on new activity books with MomMom.

Everyone enjoyed getting to talk to Dad and Mom at the hospital.

Hannah, Sarah, and Daniel love playing with Aunt Julia!

I've enjoyed helping Sarah with her schoolwork. I know she likes it, too, because she
did more then she usually does  and had fun the whole time : )

"Little Buddy"

Daniel was so excited when Dan, Melissa, and Baby Joshua came home,
that he was laughing and laughing!

Pictures From the Train

I thought Ben would like seeing this old train that was displayed at the one station.

More train pictures for Ben

This is an oil well. We saw quite a few from the train. We also passed a large oil
refinery and lots of oil train cars.

Wide open fields

These were the most unusual landforms were saw on the trip.  They were in Montana.

More fields...

Grain Elevators- some had train tracks going to them

I took this picture to show how close the trains were on the tracks. Actually, some of them were closer even then these were. I was really surprised at how close they were!
